All pre owned caravans come with a Gas safe plumbers certificate and we endeavour to ensure that everything is up to standard however these homes are purchased "as seen".

Annual Pitch Fees for our 11 month HOLIDAY season:  7th February 2012 to 6th January 2013

For the 2012/13 Season:

  • Static caravans (11 months): £1850.00 to £2100.00 approx. on our River front Pitches.

  • River Front Park homes and Lodges (11 months): £2400.00 approx.

  • Lodges: £1950.00 approx.

Annual pitch fees include the following:

*    Rental of Pitch and/or River Bank for the Positioning of a Holiday Home and/or Landing stage.

*    Service Charge which covers the provision of service infrastructure to each pitch.

*    Business Rates.

*    Water Charge & Waste water Disposal.

*    Weekly Household and Recycled waste.

Annual Fees do not include Gas and Electricity or Insurance.

 

Our Mission

 

To provide the very best environment to position your Holiday/second home and to maintain the highest possible standards.

 

Conditions of sale, Duration of Season, Site Licence:

 

         Lenchford Meadow Park is comprised of Quality Holiday Static Caravans, Park homes and Lodges all of which are privately owned and are sold as holiday homes according to our Holiday site licence.  All homes situated on Lenchford Meadow Park are intended for Holiday use or as second homes.  

                     

       The Park is open: 11 months for Static caravans, Park homes or Lodges.12 months for Park Homes on Pitches B5 and B6.

        All sales of Static caravans, Park homes or Lodges are subject to the BH&HPA Licence agreement for a Caravan Holiday home.

        All homes must have gas bottles stored in an approved metal storage box and must be fitted to an approved gas changeover valve . All Gas and water plumbing must be performed by a qualified plumbing engineer.

 

        A Holiday home can continue to be stationed on its pitch as long it is maintained according to the standards and requirements outlined in the BH & HPA Licence agreement.
